Even with the torrential rains that made national news we had a good turnout.
Robert Johnson donated enough food for everyone to eat and then proceeded to take
everyone's money by finishing in first place. Now that is karma in action.

And thank you Velvet and Jonesy for contributing to the feast and Jonathan for bringing
desert. This month's event reminded me that there are a lot of great people involved in this
Deck of Dollars Charity Classic tournament.
The charity portion of this months event was donated to Justin Staton who very recently
lost his father. He was very thankful for the $325 we were able to gather "...to support those
in our community that are deserving of our help." Thank you all for donating and supporting
Deck of Dollars.
